According to a survey by the American Psychological Association conducted earlier this year, 61% of adults experienced undesired weight changes—weight gain or loss—since the pandemic started, with 42% reporting they gained more weight than they intended. The median gain was 15lbs, but 10% reported a gain of 50lbs or more!
Changes in weight aren’t the only problem we’re seeing. People are moving less and struggling to find positive ways to cope with the stress of daily life. So what can we do?
